DOVE has designed, patented and fabricated the most economical, practical and highly efficient minerals concentrator, for easy and rapid concentration of metals and various other minerals. The concentrator is supplied as stationary or portable unit.
VBS™ Concentrator is easy to use, do not require an operator or fresh water and are supplied in 4 models, with capacity range of 12-30 M3/hour (Slurry), or 4-10 Tons/hour (Solids).
VBS™ Concentrator offers exceptional efficiency in separation of micron size particles, below 6.0 mm (6000 microns) and down to 0.020 mm (20 microns).

VBS™ Concentrator are designed for practical and efficient concentration of fine heavy minerals and metals particles (i.e., Gold, Silver, Diamonds, Platinum, Tantalum, Barium, Tungsten, Iron, Chrome, Manganese, Zircon, Lead, Zinc, Mercury, Copper, Cobalt, Aluminum, Barium, Glass Sand, Coal, Mica, Phosphate Rock, etc.
